Working Principle:
The system typically includes a sealed high-pressure vessel (rendering machine). High-temperature saturated steam is introduced into the vessel jacket or directly inside, creating a high-temperature and high-pressure environment. Under these conditions, the tissues of diseased and dead animals are thoroughly decomposed, and pathogens and parasites are inactivated. Building upon the high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, chemical agents are sometimes added to further enhance pathogen inactivation. Chemical treatment also aids in the breakdown of animal tissues, making them easier for subsequent processing. The products after high-temperature and high-pressure rendering typically include grease and solid residue. Grease can be recovered and reused, such as for industrial applications. Solid residue is further processed and can be made into organic fertilizer or other products. Exhaust gas and wastewater generated during the process must undergo strict treatment to meet emission standards.
System Advantages:
The combination of high temperature, high pressure, and chemical action thoroughly inactivates various pathogens, effectively preventing disease transmission. Grease and solid residue can be recovered and reused, achieving resource recycling and reducing environmental pollution. The high-temperature and high-pressure rendering method has a fast processing speed, enabling rapid treatment of large quantities of diseased and dead animals. Strict treatment of exhaust gas and wastewater generated during the process reduces environmental pollution.
Application Fields:
Livestock and poultry farms: For the disposal of diseased and dead poultry and livestock. Slaughterhouses: For the treatment of diseased animal tissues generated during slaughtering. Animal disease control departments: For the disposal of diseased animal carcasses.
